Welcome to Palm Beach County Medical Society Services

Improving Health, Empowering Providers, Strengthening Communities

Palm Beach County Medical Society Services (PBCMSS) is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through innovative programs and physician-led initiatives. We bring together healthcare providers, organizations, and community members to promote access to care, public health education, and professional development.

Our Core Programs:

Healthcare Emergency Response Coalition
(HERC)

HERC coordinates public health and medical emergency preparedness and response across Palm Beach County. Through collaboration with hospitals, healthcare providers, first responders, and emergency management agencies, HERC ensures our community is ready and resilient during disasters and health crises.

Project Access

Project Access connects uninsured and underinsured residents with no-cost specialty care, diagnostic services, and hospital-based procedures through a dedicated network of volunteer physicians and healthcare partners. Patients are guided by Community Health Workers who support them every step of the way.

Opioid Task Force

The Opioid Task Force unites healthcare professionals, treatment providers, law enforcement, educators, and community advocates to address the opioid epidemic. This multi-sector coalition focuses on prevention, education, harm reduction, and access to treatment.

PBCMSS
Institute for Learning

The Institute for Learning offers high-quality continuing education and training opportunities for healthcare professionals and community members. As a Florida CIE-licensed school and CHW training provider, we equip learners with practical skills to improve care delivery and promote health equity.
